Identity, contact details, date of birth, nationality, identity documents and proof of address, information declared in your requests (assets, project, repayment capacity), banking transactions, messages exchanged with the team and technical login data.
This data is used to manage your account and requests (performance of the contract), to verify your identity and the origin of funds (legal anti-money-laundering obligation), to secure access and prevent fraud (legitimate interest) and to send you emails related to your file.
Only the people in charge of reviewing, verifying and following up your file can access it; every view of an identity document is logged. Your data is never sold or transferred. It may be disclosed to the authorities where the law requires it.
Your account data is kept as long as the account is open. After closure, identity documents and bank entries are kept for the period required by anti-money-laundering obligations, then deleted.
